The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) mission is to provide air, land and sea distribution for the Department of Defense (DOD), during both peace and war. An important functional requirement of the USTRANSCOM mission is the management of personal property shipments. The Defense Personal Property System (DPS) is the web-based system for the management of personal property shipments for the DOD. This procurement specifies required DPS operations, sustainment, and development tasks. The DOD personal property shipment tasks and

12. PUBLIC RELEASE. Any information (classified or unclassified) pertaining to this contract shall not be released for public dissemination except as provided by the Industrial Security Manual or unless it has been approved for public release by appropriate U.S. Government authority. 13. SECURITY GUIDANCE. The security classification guidance needed for this classified effort is identified below. If any difficulty is encountered in applying this guidance or if any other contributing factor Indicates a need for changes in this guidance, the contractor is authorized and encouraged to provide recommended changes; to challenge the guidance or the classification assigned to any information or material furnished or generated under this contract; and to subm~ any questions for interpretation of this guidance to the official identified below. Pending final decision, the information involved shall be handled and protected at the highest level of classification assigned or recommended. (Fill in as appropriate for the classified effort. Attach, or forward under separate correspondence, any documents/guides/extracts referenced herein. Add additional pages as needed fo provide complete guidance.)

(a.) Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all security requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) are-accomplished after award of the contract.

(b.) Contractor may access UNCLASSIFIED/ /FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY information. U//FOUO information will be safeguarded lAW DoD 5200.01, volume 4. No U//FOUO information will be discarded in trash or recycle bins.

(c.) Contractor employees who are physically assigned to USTRANSCOM at SAFB shall attend/complete the following training as prescribed by DOD, USTRANSCOM, and Air Force. Instructions: Employee Initial Security Briefing, Annual Security Awareness Training, Operations Security (OPSEC), DOD Antiterrorism Levell training and any Security Stand Down Day Training scheduled by the commander. · (d.) Visit(s) by contract company personnel not permanently assigned to this contract (company presidents, company security managers, etc.) will require an electronic visit request in the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JP AS) to Security Management Office (SMO) code: USTC-SDDC.

14. ADDITIONAL SECURITY REQUIREMENTS. Requirements, in addition to ISM requirements, are established for this contract.
