About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for Solicitation HT9425-25-Q-0068, a Defense Health Agency contract for Orthopedic Templating Software. The Q&A addresses key technical and implementation details, including licensing, backup strategies, and maintenance requirements. Specific points include confirmation that the vendor must provide server files and backup location details, offer 5 years of maintenance, and price an optional line item for additional licenses.

The underlying solicitation seeks a centralized Orthopedic Templating Software solution to be integrated with a Radiology Picture and Archiving System (PACS) within a government host virtual environment. The contract involves purchasing or consolidating software with increased concurrent user access. Vendors are expected to install and implement the software, with the government providing the host environment and backup solution. The Q&A clarifies that prior purchased licenses can be accounted for in the overall proposed license count, but 5 years of software maintenance must be included in the vendor's offer.
