About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for a federal contract recompetition regarding San-I-Pak Refuse Disposal Services at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska. The document addresses two key inquiries from potential bidders regarding the contract opportunity.

The solicitation concerns a recompete of the current contract FA500021C0029, which is held by the incumbent contractor Environmental Compliance Consultants, Inc. Prospective contractors are advised that the government has previously procured similar refuse disposal services under this existing contract. Regarding equipment specifications, the required San-I-Pak dumpster is a 40 Cubic Yard Container equipped with a Rear-Load hydraulic system, which bidders must match for proper equipment compatibility and pricing accuracy during proposal submission.
