About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for Solicitation HT940725QE002, providing critical details for a federal contract opportunity. The solicitation is a follow-on to an existing Air Force contract (FA860124P0164) involving pharmacy cleanroom services, with a proposed performance period from September 13, 2025 to September 12, 2030 (base year plus four option years). A table in the document provides room volume details for specific pharmacy mixing and ante rooms (1U24, 1U25B, 1U26, 1U27, 1U25A), ranging from 415 to 1,346 cubic feet.
The government requires vendors to submit pricing broken down into Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) representing semi-annual requirements, with each CLIN having a quantity of 2 to cover half-year periods. Potential bidders requested additional technical details, specifically room dimensions for cleanrooms and anterooms, to accurately calculate air changes per hour, particle count sampling volume, and other certification requirements. The solicitation appears to be for specialized pharmaceutical facility cleaning and maintenance services with precise environmental control specifications.

Question: Reference the pricing instructions—does the Government require a single price quote broken out by year to align with the Period of Performance (September 13, 2025 – September 12, 2030, Base Year plus Four Option Years)? Please clarify how the Government would like the price quote structured and the preferred level of detail for the breakdown.
Response: To align with the Period of Performance (September 13, 2025 – September 12, 2030), the Government requires pricing to be broken down into Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) representing the semi-annual requirement.
