QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS FOR SOLICITATION HT0014-25-R-0011

1. Is it possible to bid only on one clinic, f.i. Ramstein?

No, we required that an interested vendor bid on both locations.

2. Who are the POCs for a site visit?

For Spangdahlem Air Base - Mr. Kinnisch (manfred.kinnisch.ln@health.mil) For Ramstein Air Base – TSgt. Michael J. Tillema (michael.j.tillema2.mil@health.mil )

3. Is there any incumbent/recompete or this is a brand-new project? If yes, could you please provide us with their award number or even if the customer bought similar services in the past.

This requirement is not a new project, There is an incumbent Vendor for each location. Please see the information below:

4. Since the contract is in Germany, do we need to register our firm in Germany? We have registered in SAM, and it is active.

Working with the Federal Government requires the SAM.gov registration. This procurement in for companies who are registered in Europe and familiar with the SOFA and local regulations.

5. Do all of our employees need to speak German language?

It’s not require but basic knowledge is preferred to communicate.

6. Do we need to bring our employees from US, or do we need to hire from Germany or both?

7. Does Medical waste generate by the clinics dispose onsite or offsite? If offside, how far landfill or incinerations facility are from our base?

Medical waste is picked up and disposed by another contract at the Clinic. The only obligation is to pick up Medical Waste barrels from a clinic (i.e. Lab) and to drop these barrels of at the collection room in the basement of the clinic.

8. Is there any previous contract for those clinics. If so, please provide us total contract amount, name of company, and duration of service?

9. Will Employees pay be calculated using US wage determination chart or Germany wage determination?

This is FFP and wage determination is not applicable on this requirement
