About this file
This document is a modification to a solicitation for patient liaison and medical translation services at military medical facilities in Spangdahlem and Geilenkirchen, Germany. The Defense Health Agency issued Solicitation Number HT001424R0003 seeking proposals for 1.5 full-time equivalents of patient liaison services and 0.75 full-time equivalents of medical translation services at each location. The incumbent contract was awarded to Decypher Technologies, Ltd. for a total of $2,667,836.52 over one base year and four option years. The modification extends the proposal due date from November 14 to November 17, 2023 and provides answers to initial questions from interested offerors. It clarifies that the required services do not include travel and that the government will not provide status of forces agreement or logistical support for the positions.
