Attachment 3 : FEMA Rugged Based Performance Requirement Matrix
Summary and Overview In the FEMA Rugged Base Performance Requirements (Section J: Attachment 3) there are series of numbered shall’s (“shall (#)”). For each numbered shall (“shall (#)”). , the contractor will have to fill and submit the FEMA Rugged Based Requirements Matrix (Section J : Attachment: 3) to demonstrate compliance.
The final version of the FEMA Rugged Based Requirement Matrix shall be submitted as required in Section M and shall indicate to what version of FEMA Rubbed Based Requirements the Offeror is providing responses.
Every other shall in the solicitation or in this document will have to be met, however only the numbered shall’s (“shall (#)”) will be in the Rugged Based Requirements Matrix (Section J :Attachment: 3).
