Summary and Overview 4 In the FEMA Rugged Base Performance Requirements (Section J: Attachment 3) there are series of numbered shall’s (“shall (#)”). For each 5 numbered shall (“shall (#)”)., the contractor will have to fill and submit the FEMA Rugged Base Requirements Matrix(Section J :Attachment: 3) to 6 demonstrate compliance. 7
The final version of the FEMA Rugged Base Requirement Matrix shall be submitted as required in Section M and shall indicate to what version of 9
FEMA Rugged Base Requirements the Offeror is providing responses. 10
