Questions and Answers to HSFE70-12-Q-0087 (Self Help Tarps) Q1. Do you know if there will be forklift/loading dock capability at the site? Due to the quick turnaround and quantities needed, I need to ship directly from the manufacturer’s distribution center in straight box tractor-trailers in order to make it by Friday. Such a truck can’t unload itself like our normal delivery trucks.
A1. Yes. Distribution Centers will have the capability to unload scheduled trailers upon arrival.
Q2. Is there any flexibility in the date for which all 50,000 tarps can be delivered? I am able to secure 30-40% of the tarps requested and have them shipped by the end of this week but extra time may be needed for the remainder of the tarps. We could have the full amount of tarps shipped over the next couple of weeks. Would this be an acceptable time frame?
A2. Yes
Q3. Could you extend bid deadline by 30 minutes please?
A3. RFQ is due on September 10, 2012 at 2:00 pm EST. No other questions will be accepted..
