To initiate the process, the contractor must submit a Contract Fitness/Security Screening Request to the COR. The request is forwarded to FEMA OCSO which then initiates an eQIP invitation to the candidate. The candidate has 10 days to complete the electronic questionnaire and submit the documentation. FEMA OCSO does an initial adjudication of the documentation. If no issues are noted, an EOD can be granted within 2-4 weeks. If issues are noted, the EOD process becomes unpredictable. |

Non-exempt labor categories are required to be paid at least the rates specified in the WD for wages and health and welfare. |
