REVISED SELLER QUESTION
1. What is building slab thickness and concrete psi and soil conditions for seismic footplate requirements and allowable loads? 2. Per specs pallets will be worked in the Drive-In with the Pallets 40” wide x 48” deep.
FEMA would have to a fork truck to fit thru the Drive-In arms. 3. Upright frame: specs state for the pallet rack height 20’ high however it should be 24’ high. If the pallet is 55” high and the beam is 5” high there would be 4 openings up to the top of the beam of 60” x 4 levels = 20’ high, there is NO space between the top of the pallet and the bottom of the beam.
4. 45 days is too short for completion.
BUYER RESPONSE

Typical is either structural or roll formed. Which is being requested? 5. Will the same forklift for selective rack be used for the drive in rack requiring the same 12’-6” right angle turning radius? 6.
