The Contractor shall complete each column throughout the contract performance period with the assistance of the Government Property Administrator, as needed.

* Definitions (all property defined below will require disposition instructions):

Serviceable - defined as property that was pre-existing in a location that was, during the course of performance, replaced and which will be turned in by the Coast Guard for future use.

Salvage – defined as property that has no serviceable value, but that has some value in excess of its scrap value.

Scrap – defined as property having no value except for it basic material content.

The undersigned hereby certify that all property provided under referenced contract has been accounted for. That is property has either been consumed in the performance of the contract or disposition instructions, as listed above, have been provided.
