Normal installation of this flooring system requires the use of some underlayment in order to remove evidence of existing weld seams and deck undulations. If necessary, will use of underlayment be an issue?

Answer: Use epoxy underlayment in place of insulating underlayment in the spaces listed in deck system particulars Table 1. The epoxy underlayment installed at ½ to ¾ of an inch thick will provide all the insulation needed for this project and will not require a long curing time.
