Q: Please confirm that the contractor will need to only witness NDT tests and welds, and will not require any equipment for performing the NDT tests and welding?

A: The contractor will need to only witness NDT tests and welds, and will not require any equipment for performing the NDT tests and welding.

Q: Please clarify if in “Services and Prices” of SOW if 1 Job = 1 Hour?

A: 1 Job refers to the dates listed for the period of performance. For example, 1 Job in the

Base Period refers to 01 May 2014 – 31 July 2014.

Q: Please clarify in section 1.4 of the Statement of Work if the 8 hours per week is fixed or if it is a minimum of 8 hours per week?

A: Yes, the contract is a firm-fixed price contract. The contractor will work 8 hours per week at a minimum of three days per week.

Q: The NAICS code 332999 states that the minimum number of employees is 500, but it is stated as 750 in the RFQ.

A: According to the U.S. Small Business Administration Table of Small Business Size

Standards dated January 1, 2012, the number of employees for NAICS code 332999 is

750.

Q: As stated on page 25 of the combined synopsis/solicitation, this contract will be under

SCA. Please advise as to what labor category applies to this position.

A: We are currently working with the Department of Labor to locate clarification. An amendment will be posted as soon as we have a response.
