The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, equipment and materials to complete the following general scope of work. Basic project is to provide dedicated voltage isolation transformers for CGC (Coast Guard Cutter) Saginaw (160’ WLIC), Building 101 Wharf Shore-Tie #4 location, Visiting Cutter, Building 101 Wharf Shore-Tie #3 location and at the WPB (USCG Coastal Patrol Boat) Pier location CGC Cobia and Stingray (both 87’ WPB). Current USCG SILC (Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center) –CSTO (Configuration Standard Technical Order) -36 “Electrical Shore Ties” requires a dedicated voltage isolation transformer for each homeport CG Cutter at a service voltage of 450 volts, three-phase, ungrounded delta, and other cutter services and protections. The project provides full compliance to all of the requirements of the SILC CSTO-36 “Electrical Shore-Ties” with the provision of a Shore Power Mound Assembly (SPMA) for each homeport cutter installed on an elevated support structure above FEMA 200 year flood level (+10’EL) on Building 101 Wharf and at the WPB Pier location provision of an WPB Elevated Service Platform with electrical equipment to provide Hotel Power Supply to both 87’ WPB Homeport Cutters. The project provides maintenance replacement of 46+ year old electrical distribution equipment located in Building 101, Bay #3, serving Shore-Ties #3 & #4 locations.
