Although a frag tank is not required, it is the responsibility of the contractor to implement best management practices to avoid any impacts to existing culverts downstream and or discharge of sediments and or turbid waters into the Bay.

ANSWER: Patch concrete slab per detail 5/C-05 as indicated on sheets C-03 and C-04.
QUESTION: Please provide a proposed cross-over detail where the new 18" RCP sanitary sewer line, crosses the existing sanitary sewer, electrical and communication banks?
ANSWER: The new 18" RCP is a storm water drain not a sanitary sewer. The note on the drawing requires, “Elevation of the existing sewer service line at this location is not known. Contractor to verify sewer invert elevation and notify COR of any conflict between exist sewer and proposed storm line." The same note shall apply at the existing communication and electrical duct banks.

Can it be similar to detail 2/A08 South Wall? (See attached detail sketch for clarification).
ANSWER: No need for shaft wall construction on the storage side of the south exterior wall, use plywood wainscot, similar to wall along grid line #1, section 1/A-08.
