Reference page 33 of 55, Volume 2 Past Performance: This section references a Past Performance Questionnaire (Attachment 4), but we’re unable to locate the questionnaire in the solicitation documents posted on FedBizOpps. Please advise. | posted as part of mod 1
Reference pages 33 and 34 of 55, Price: Please confirm that all references to “Contractor Pricing Worksheet (Attachment 2) “ and “Attachment B” are to the document entitled “Contractor_Pricing_Worksheet_080416_Final.xlxs” | Attachment 2 and Attachment B are the same document, "Contractor Pricing Worksheet"
Reference page 34 of 55, Price: The first paragraph in this section discusses a “Total Evaluated Price worksheet of Attachment B”, but there is no such worksheet contained in the document “Contractor Pricing Worksheet”. Could the Government please review “Contractor Pricing Worksheet” and revise as necessary? | reference to total evaluated price worksheet is incorrect. Please use the "Contractor Pricing Worksheet" for quotes
Reference page 34 of 55, Price: The first paragraph of this section states: “A formula will be used to allocate Item 1 pricing among the 256, 1024, 1536, and 2048 bit alternatives for evaluation purposes . . . .” Will the Government be incorporating this formula into the “Total Evaluated Price” worksheet? If not, will offerors be informed of this formula in advance of proposal submission? | Total Evaluated Price worksheet is not a part of this solicitation.
6. Reference Contractor Pricing Worksheet_080416_Final.xlxs: This file contains a sheet entitled “Summary”. Is the amount to be entered into the Summary column for the base year and each option year to be the sum of all of the Extended Prices for that year? If not, please clarify what items and associated quantities are to be included in the Summary totals. | Summary is the sum of extended prices for each contract year
Reference “Contractor_Pricing_Worksheet_080416_Final”: Items 5 and 6 are NTE items. Will the Government be incorporating a NTE Price in the Extended Price Column of the Base Year and Option Year worksheets? If not, should the contractor leave the Extended price blank? | Extended price can be left blank
Reference SOW Sections 1.3, 5.3.3, and 5.3.4: These sections contain general references to training. | 9 | Please clarify if there are any page limitations or formatting instructions for proposals submitted in response to this solicitation. | Submissions can be Word or PDF

There are 2 satellites in that orbital slot that fits that description, Intelsat 10-02 and THOR-5. Are these the satellite the government would like to access?
