Questions and Answers HSCG5216QPGB402 Q1: Has a contractor performed similar work to this for the government in the past?

A1: Yes, a contractor has performed work for the government in the past.

Q2: If available, please provide the incumbent contract number.

A2: Contract# HSCG52-15-P-PGB230

Q3: If you are unable to provide a contract number, is it safe to assume this is a new requirement for the government?

A3: This is not a new requirement please see above contract number.

Q4: I was wondering if this was a new requirement or if there was an incumbent contractor currently performing these services?

A4: This is not a new requirement and there is no contractor performing these services because it's a seasonal contract.

Q5: If there is an incumbent can you please provide the Contractor, Contract #, award date, expiration, and value?

Q5: Contractor is Fullers Company. Contract# HSCG52-15-P-PGB230. Awarded 05/21/2015, expired 12/31/2015, value $19,670.00.

Q6: Is this just for the lighthouse 1&2 property? Last year we maintained 7 other properties on the island for USCG in addition to the lighthouse. I noticed in the Q&A on FBO that someone asked the value of the contract last year and it was answered at around $19,000. That price included those other 7 properties last year, not just the lighthouse as this FBO seems to read. The proposals for work at these properties were also submitted on 3 different dates so I am surprised it got combined into one contract (May 14, May 18, and June 26).

A6: Yes, the solicitation is for Lighthouse 1 & 2 property. We will no longer be needing services at the 7 other properties on the island. Even though the proposals for last year contract were submitted separately it was awarded as one contract.
