10. THE GOVERNMENT REQUIRES PERFORMANCE OF THE WORK DESCRIBED IN THESE DOCUMENTS (Title, identifying no., date):

Replacement of an existing floating pier located at Pier 3 at the United States Coast Guard Training Center, Cape May, New Jersey (Cape May county).

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required to perform all work described herein and in the attached USCG Specification.

All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted in writing; see block #9 and use RFI from provided in Section J. All questions must be received in this office not later than 5 working days prior to the closing date stated for the receipt of offers.

Site Visit information is provided in Section L.

Davis Bacon Wage Rates for Cape May County, New Jersey shall apply to this solicitation and resultant contract (See Section J).

Contractors shall mail one completed copy of the quote to the address listed in block #8, as instructed in block #13A and herein. Ensure that the quote is signed, pages 2, 4, the requirements of all clauses requesting contractor input, the requirements of Section K, and the Reference Information sheet are completed and submitted. Offers MAY NOT be submitted via e-mail or facsimile. MAILED OFFERS ONLY WILL BE ACCEPTED. (U.S. mail, FedEX, UPS or any other form of express mailed service is acceptable).

Magnitude of this project is BETWEEN $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. NAICS: 237990, Size Standard: $33.5 million. This procurement is set-aside 100% for Small Business concerns only.

This IS NOT a sealed bid procurement. There will be no public opening of bids.

11. The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 60 calendar days after receiving
