QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Question 1. Since you will be requesting reservations from 1-120 rooms 24 hours in advance will you need a hotel(s) to block off a certain amount, possible 35 rooms per day, or will you be working with several hotels in the event that one or more is sold out and cannot take reservations.

Answer 1. Per the Synopsis/Solicitation the Government will award multiple award BPA’s resulting from this solicitation.
