Aircraft Coatings

1.0 Description of Agreement

1.1 Requirements

The Contractor shall furnish the coating systems at the prices listed in the schedule, if and when a call against the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is placed by the Contracting Officer (or an authorized purchaser listed in Attachment 1). The terms and conditions included in this BPA apply to all calls made pursuant to it.

1.1.1 All coatings shall be delivered with a minimum of 80% shelf life remaining. Any item delivered with less than 80% shelf life will be returned to the contractor and shall be replaced at no additional cost to the USCG.

1.2 BPA Term

The duration of this BPA is one-year from date of award or until the maximum value of the BPA reaches $475,000. Calls issued during the effective period of this BPA may extend beyond the effective period. However, no new orders may be issued once the period of performance or maximum value of the BPA has been reached.

1.3 Delivery Items under this BPA will be ordered by and delivered to the locations listed in Attachment 2. The majority of orders will be placed by and shipped to the Aviation Logistics Center in Elizabeth City, NC. Small, infrequent orders will be placed by and shipped to the various Air Stations listed.

1.3.1 Free on Board (F.O.B.) Point

The F.O.B. point for shipments under this BPA is F.O.B. Destination. Prices in the schedule include all applicable customs, duties, taxes and shipping charges; therefore, no additional charges for shipping will be allowed unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Contracting Officer.
