QUESTIONS ANSWERS
Section E of the RFP states that the page limitation for past performance PPQs is 2 pages per reference. Later in the section it is noted that Offerors may submit a copy of the CPAR with their proposal in lieu of the PPQ. In consideration of the fact that Attachment 2, Past Performance Questionnaire form is longer that 2 pages before the past performance information is added and most of the CPARs exceed the 2 pages limitation, will the Government allow unlimited pages for past performance?
RFP Section E.2.1.d and E.2.2.b.2 Section E.2.1.d is updated to clarify the page limitations
11 What is the required proposal validity period? N/A Section E.2.1.e is added to the RFP to incorporate the period of acceptance of offers.
We are utilizing in house capabilities to perform the work in its entirety and no subcontracting opportuntities exist. Please clarify if a zero dollar Subcontracting Plan with detailed rationale will meet the RFP requirement, or if a request for Waiver with justification should be submitted instead.
RFP Section E.2.2.c The inclusion of detailed rationale will meet the requirement.
