Questions & Answers Solicitation: HSCG23-13-P-PFP069, Amendment #1

1. Are there any site plans for this project or any existing conditions or equipment from a previous CCTV system?

Answer: Only site visit information available was listed in the solicitation.

2. Will you be able to provide photos of the locations where you would like camera placement.

Answer: None provided. The site visit with on-site government representative would have been provided locations for CCTV.

3. Will you share with me what software you are currently using so that we can fully evaluate whether or not we can participate?

Answer: Currently there is no system in place.

4. If we have an accurate estimate of the expected budget for the project, we can make sure your project is seen by the correct contractors for the size and type of the project.

Answer : We want industry to provide their proposal based on the requirement of SOW.

5. I need some drawings and more info to estimate the job.

Answer: See answer #2.

6. We may need a JLG to mount outside cameras?

Answer: Contractor must provide necessary support for installation.

7. How much conduit and fittings?

Answer: That would be based on the design provided by the contractor that no conduit is available and all new conduit and cabling etc. is required.

8. What type of penetrations are needed?

Answer: That would be based on the design proposed by the contractor.

9. Is there a site survey in the equation?

Answer: Yes it was offered in RFQ but is closed.

10. I am interested in this project and was curious about possibly scheduling a site visit. Who would I need to talk to about getting that setup?

Answer: See answer #9.
