About this file

This is a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document for the Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia Center Program (HRSA-26-092), a competing continuation and new funding opportunity. The submission deadline is July 10, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Eligible applicants include state governments and unrestricted domestic organizations, specifically those located in the 50 states, District of Columbia, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Republic of the Marshall Islands, and Republic of Palau. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations are permitted to apply, but individuals are not eligible. Applications will not be considered if they exceed the funding ceiling, are submitted after the deadline, fail to meet all eligibility criteria, or exceed the 50-page limit. The application page limit of 50 pages includes agreements with other entities and budget narratives but excludes items beyond that threshold. Biographical sketches must be provided for key positions described in the staffing plan and should not exceed two pages each; staff members do not need to create individual accounts. Templates of Memoranda of Understanding and Letters of Support may be submitted at application, with signed versions acceptable post-award if they clearly describe working relationships and deliverables.
