This is a Frequently Asked Questions document for the Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia Center Program (HRSA-26-092), a competing continuation and new funding opportunity. The document addresses eligibility, application requirements, and submission procedures.

Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and state governments representing domestic organizations from the 50 states, District of Columbia, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Republic of the Marshall Islands, and Republic of Palau. Individuals are not eligible. Applications must be submitted by July 10, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET and must not exceed the 50-page limit, with funding requests staying within the award ceiling. Automatic disqualification occurs for applications from ineligible organizations, those exceeding the funding cap, those submitted after the deadline, or those exceeding the page limit. Agreements with other entities and budget narratives are included in the 50-page count. Applicants may submit templates of Memoranda of Understanding or Letters of Support at application and provide signed documents post-award, provided templates describe working relationships and deliverables. Complete application checklists and specific proposal content requirements are detailed on pages 13-26 of the full Notice of Funding Opportunity.
