About this file
This document contains a template for a proposal summary slide for the Material Synthesis Technologies for Universal and Diverse Integration Opportunities (M-STUDIO) program. The template provides guidance on including a technical rationale and approach, outlining team organization and milestones, describing innovative claims, and discussing potential impact and transition. It instructs applicants to concisely summarize their proposal in one slide, using graphics where appropriate, covering objectives, technical approach, schedule, deliverables, potential impacts, and transition partners. The related federal contract opportunity notice is for the M-STUDIO program through the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, soliciting proposals in nano-scale heterogeneous material synthesis on lattice mismatch substrates to realize defect-free multi-layer heterogenous junctions with atomically sharp surface/interface and compositional transitions.
