The opportunities are for "Expeditionary Maritime Mine Countermeasures" and "Novel Interfaces." Proposals will be accepted from August 13, 2019 to September 12, 2019. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is piloting a new approach to advertise SBIR and STTR funding opportunities on an ad-hoc basis outside of the standard three pre-determined announcements.
