F. PROGRAM MANAGEMENT AND REVIEW

F.1. Data Sharing DARPA anticipates that a large amount of data will be generated under this program by each performer and that the approaches and validation will be strengthened by compiling and integrating information across all performers. The M2T program will require that performer data and analysis be shared with DARPA, the IV&V team, and US Government stakeholders. DARPA encourages sharing of pre-existing data, including those generated through funding from other sources, with the aforementioned entities although this is not a requirement of the program.

F.2. Kick-off Meeting Performers are expected to attend program level meetings to provide scientific and technical updates to the selected performers on the M2T program on progress towards their milestones and scientific goals, and to summarize outstanding challenges and limitations that must still be overcome to achieve the overarching goals of the program. Program level meetings will be held at the kick-off of each phase (Phases 1, 2 and 3) for the program duration.

F.3. Monthly Financial Reports The contractor shall provide monthly financial progress reports to <<Agent>> and DARPA. The purpose of these reports is to provide a brief project progress and inform DARPA Program Manager of any potential issues. A template will be provided for monthly reports.

F.4. Monthly Technical Reporting The contractor shall provide monthly progress reports to <<Agent>> and DARPA. The purpose of these reports is to present a summary of work completed by SOW tasking and milestones met, discuss any problems encountered, update the program schedule, present the program financial status, and discuss remaining work. A template will be provided for monthly reports.

F.5. PI Meetings There will be program level meetings held at kick off of each phase (phase 1, 2 and 3) as well as mid phase (Phase 1 and 2) for the program duration. All M2T performer teams will participate in the program review meetings by sharing their accomplishments to date as well as the planed work for the next 9-12 month period.

F.6. Final Contract Review The contractor shall attend a final contract review at DARPA. The purpose of this review is to present a summary of all work completed and milestones accomplished and to discuss any relevant future efforts similar to the contract, which may be pursued. This report shall be provided to <<Agent>> and DARPA. A final contract summary report shall be provided at the end of the program.
