This is an Amendment containing Questions & Answers for a lawn care and landscaping services solicitation at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. The document clarifies several key aspects of the requirement:

The scope of work includes lawn care and landscaping around the building perimeter only, excluding the parking lot areas. There are no irrigation systems on site that require maintenance. Work hours are restricted to 0600-1700 Monday through Sunday. The document includes an aerial image showing the facility layout and grounds to be maintained. For ordering, the BPA has specific limits: orders under $3,500 can be placed by DSCU personnel using GPC, orders above $3,500 must be issued in writing by the Contracting Officer, and there is a per-call order limit of $10,000.
