About this file
This is White Paper Guidance documentation for the OUSW(R&E) Manufacturing Technology Program (HQ003425BOTA1), specifically addressing Capability Focus Area 1 (CFA1) which targets Multi-Modal Agile Manufacturing in support of Contested Logistics Technologies. Submissions must be delivered via email to whs.mc-alex.ad.mbx.rpab@mail.mil and follow the outlined structural requirements. The White Paper must not exceed five pages (excluding the title page) and must include a comprehensive title page identifying the proposed prototype, submitting organization, technical and administrative points of contact with complete address information, team composition with subrecipient organizations, proposed project duration in months, and total proposed funds from DoW along with any cost share amounts.
The White Paper content must address five primary sections: a Problem Statement describing the Capability Focus Area and dual-use implications; a Technical Approach and Methodology section detailing the technology, use of federally funded investments, proof of concept, relevant patents and publications, key performance parameters, Technology Readiness Level advancement, and demonstration commencement; a Benefits section outlining impact to the CFA, business and industry implications, and technology transition strategy for operational environments; and prescribed formatting requirements including MS Word format, Times New Roman 11-point or Arial 10-point font, single or double spacing, 0.75-inch margins, portrait orientation (except figures), 8.5 by 11-inch page size, sequential page numbering, and English language submission.
