I do not see any floor plans or data networking diagrams in the attachments.
Are floor plans available?

Is this a brand-new install that requires new data cabling to be installed in addition to equipment?
If so, what are the minimum cabling specs? i.e., CAT5, CAT6 or CAT6A?
The building previously had full wireless coverage; however, depending on make and model of wireless access points used, some additional cabling may be necessary. See 1.2.1
3 Will this WIFI network connect to existing switches and firewalls?
If not do we have to provide the switching and firewall? There are no existing switches or firewall.
They will need to be provided by the vendor. See 1.2.1
4 Can the government please provide the maps/floor plans to show exact coverage areas desired? Floor plans are available See 1.12 Exhibit 1
Can the government confirm if there is available fiber between the TSC and the main demarc where the Internet is provided to the base?
There is fiber providing Internet to the building
Can the government provide the name and contract number for the Incumbent or is this a new requirement?

Can the government provide the full address to include bldg# where Internet Services are provided to the base?

8 Can the government confirm if the contractor will be allowed to perform a site visit? On-site visit after the award is permitted. See updated 1.11
SOW states POP 5 days after award. Would the government consider extending this to 60 days.
This will allow the contractor to provision the Internet circuit and install the access points.
Government is willing to extend delivery deadline to 30 days after award. See Section 1.6
Coordinated implementation of the wireless network, firewall, zero-trust compliance (in accordance with Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS), SD-WAN, ensure maximum coverage throughout the building. Is this strictly and internet service or this connecting to a unclassified DOD official network such as NIPRNet?
This is for standalone commercial Internet service, not connecting to NIPR.
The contractor shall deliver/provide the services in this Statement of Work within 5 days after award. Is it the expectation that cabling will be completed and all devices installed within 5 days -or- is it that the order process will commence within 5 days of a signed contract? The typical process is survey, order supplies, cable, install, operate

12 What is the anticipated user count?

13 Can you specify the wall construction material? (Metal/Concrete/dry wall) Mix of concrete and drywall 14 Is the building single-storied or multi-storied? Single story
15 Is there a requirement for an after-hours call center?
No after-hours call center needed, but need an alert method/system in case an outage is detected through 24/7 monitoring. See 1.4.10 (Troubleshooting)
16 Is existing cabling available for use, or is a complete rewiring necessary?
The building previously had full wireless coverage; however, depending on make and model of wireless access points used, some additional cabling may be necessary. See 1.2.1
Is it an error for the contractor to commit to delivering the services outlined in this Statement of Work within 5 days of being awarded?
Considering the scale of this project, we assert that a minimum of 30 days is essential for project planning, internet sourcing, equipment sourcing, and installation. Is there flexibility in the project's completion deadline? How many floors does this building have?
Government can give up to 30 days for delivery. See Section 1.6
18 Does this project already have funding? Yes
Is this a new contract or is there currently an incumbent, if so, could the government please provide the name of the vendor and contract number? New requirement
20 Is there a requirement for TAA compliant equipment? Yes 21 Is the requirement for shared business class or Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) connectivity? Not part of this requirement. There is already a contract in place for DIA at the building.
22 Will there be a requirement for an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)? Yes, UPS is required to maintain the equipment provided as part of this requirement.
