Questions and Answers

Questions Answers Q1. Having reviewed "EXHIBIT 18 – PRICE PROPOSAL

TEMPLATE” contained on page 21 of the SOW document, we were wondering how you would like us to list additional cost items such as Project Management, Shop Drawings, Installation etc., i.e. costs that do not have a material cost. Would listing labor cost alone for these so-called soft costs suffice?

Please see the solicitation and respond accordingly.

Part 7 of the RFQ shows drawings for the exhibit. Are we to revise the provided design drawings or to provide

Fabrication or Shop Drawings for approval prior to production?

c. 5.3 and 5.3.3 It seems the contractor recommendations for production efficiencies, techniques and cost should be addressed in the contractors technical proposal. Since this is a firm fixed cost proposal certainly cost savings should be reflected in the original proposal. Please explain the intent of these Specific Tasks.
