3. SCOPE: The contract requires expert lodging support and services on a requirements basis. The contractor will also provide a sales representative who has dealt with U.S. government sponsored groups.
4. APPROACH: The contractor shall provide each lodger (DIILS participant or DIILS Staff) with room accommodations on the nights listed table 1 above.

The hotel should be no more than .6 miles walking distance from the United Nations located at the corner of First Avenue at 47th Street New York, NY 10017. Facilities must also include FEMA Identification Number # and confirm compliance with the Hotel & Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990.
A DIILS Staff member will arrive at least two hours ahead of the participants and other DIILS staff to facilitate advance check in and distribution of room keys to participants. Hotel staff will provide the DIILS staff member facilitating advance check in with room keys for distribution to LCT participants upon their arrival.
The contractor shall prepare and submit an electronic monthly invoice using Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) in accordance with the following contract clauses:
· DFAR 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports
· DFAR 252.232-7006 Wide Area WorkFlow Payment Instructions

If the contractor holds a room and a participant or participants do not occupy that room prior to 6:00 P.M. on the date of scheduled occupancy, the Government will be charged a “no show charge fee” for that day and remaining days will be cancelled, and the Government will not be charged by the contractor for the remaining days of that reservation.
All rooms and related services should be tax exempt.
