Sealed bids must be submitted by April 9, 2026 at 2:00 PM local time to the Douglas, Alaska office. A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit is scheduled for March 24, 2026 at 10:00 AM, which requires advance registration with Project Manager Shawn Ratliff at (907) 269-7035 and submission of Clearance and PREA Forms 72 hours prior to attendance for security clearance processing. Questions regarding the project must be submitted by April 2, 2026. Bidders are eligible for Alaska Bidder Preference (5 percent), Alaska Veteran Preference (5 percent capped at $5,000), and Alaska Product Preference if applicable. The contract employs race-neutral Disadvantaged Business Enterprise utilization goals without specific set-aside restrictions. The apparent low bidder must submit a completed Subcontractor List within five working days of notification and provide performance and payment bonds each equal to 100 percent of the contract amount, with a bid guarantee equal to 5 percent of the bid amount required at submission. Upon project acceptance, the successful contractor will provide a one-year warranty on all materials and labor and must comply with Alaska Department of Labor wage requirements throughout contract performance.
