About this file

This is a user guide from eVA (Virginia's e-procurement portal) explaining how to respond to Quick Quote solicitations on the Virginia Business Opportunities (VBO) website. The document provides step-by-step instructions for suppliers to submit bids through the eVA system, including how to access opportunities through My Leads notifications, review solicitation information and documents, and submit pricing responses.

The guide details the specific technical steps for bid submission, including navigating to Response Information to add labels and validity dates, attaching required supplier documents like addendum acknowledgements and licenses, entering unit pricing for items, and submitting final proposals. Key tips emphasize that Quick Quotes are awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, the importance of reading all terms and conditions carefully, and directing questions to the buyer who issued the solicitation. The guide includes annotated screenshots showing the exact buttons and fields suppliers need to complete during the submission process.
