Responses become property of EOHLC and are subject to Massachusetts Public Records law; content must be suitable for public viewing. Any future procurement resulting from this RFI will require compliance with the Commonwealth's Standard Contract Form, applicable state and federal regulations, and EOHLC contract documents, including M.G.L. chapters 66A, 93H, and 93I. EOHLC will maintain exclusive ownership of all program data assembled during contract performance, with vendors receiving only limited, revocable usage rights.
