About this file

This is a Terms and Conditions document issued by the Philadelphia Department of Public Health (PDPH) for Health IT contracts posted through PHL Contracts, governing procurement procedures for an office renovation project on the 11th floor in Pennsylvania. The solicitation requires all potential vendors to conduct mandatory site visits before submitting bids to obtain accurate measurements for location-specific accommodations. Vendors must quote all items to be eligible for award, and bids submitted through PHL Contracts cannot be adjusted after submission. Any deviation from specified dimensions outlined in the bid solicitation may result in automatic disqualification. Vendors who fail to complete required site visits or meet stated requirements risk automatic disqualification from consideration.

The City reserves the right to request job-specific references relevant to the services being offered prior to contract award. This micro purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever serves the City's best interest, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Vendors are instructed not to deliver or provide services until formally notified by the department. The solicitation emphasizes that vendors should thoroughly review all bid documents and submit questions before responding. No pricing terms, contract duration, or award timeline information is specified in this terms and conditions document.
