The solicitation requires vendors to conduct mandatory site visits prior to bid submission to obtain accurate measurements and verify location-specific requirements, with any deviations from specified dimensions potentially resulting in automatic disqualification. PDPH HEALTH IT PHL CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Department of Public Health appreciates your interest in the bid solicitation posted in PHL Contracts. Please follow the procedures outlined below before submitting a response.

The Philadelphia Department of Public Health reserves the right to request references prior to awarding any contract. If requested, vendors must provide job-specific references relevant to the services being offered.

All potential vendors are required to conduct a site visit before submitting a bid for any solicitation that requires measurements or location-specific accommodation. During the site visit, vendors must obtain accurate measurements to ensure the quote submitted is correct.

Once measurements have been obtained, vendors must submit their bid through PHL Contracts. Please note that once a quote is submitted, the amount cannot be adjusted. Please also pay close attention to any dimensions listed in the bid solicitation. Any deviation from the specified dimensions may result in automatic disqualification.

Vendors who submit a response without completing the required site visit or meeting the stated requirements may be automatically disqualified. Vendors are strongly encouraged to review each bid solicitation in its entirety and submit their questions before responding to the bid.
