In Document HHS-NIH-NIDA (SSSA) 2016-234 Attachment 3 – Equipment Specifications, Small Conference Room Section, item 6 list a Comcast HD Cable Box.
*Is CATV required in the Small Conference Room?
Government Response:
No, CTVA will not be required. While it was an early thought, after verifying with our CMC staff it was confirmed CTV will not be installed.
4. Question Number Four:
Special note all above ceiling work (installation of plates, down rods, electrical wiring (if applicable) outlets, low voltage cabling etc. needs to be done no later than April 4, 2016 in order to have the ceiling close in inspection by the County Government and to be able to keep the project on schedule.
*Is April 4th, 2016 date valid? The timeframe appears short considering no award by notice.
Government Response:
The April 4th date is firm and is based on the fact that the majority of the work can be done post ceiling close-in all the wiring (electrical and low voltage will be GFE).
