About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Operational Services Division of the state of Massachusetts. The RFI is seeking information from potential bidders on industry changes and differential pricing information related to heating fuels. The RFI webinar is scheduled for May 31, 2016 at 11:00 AM, and interested parties must RSVP by May 27, 2016 at 2:00 PM. The webinar is an information gathering session, and all interested parties are welcome to join. The RFI does not appear to have an associated contract, but rather is a market research exercise to gather information from the heating fuels industry.

The RFI does not provide any details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbent contractors, funding requirements, or other salient commercial information. This appears to be a preliminary information gathering exercise by the state of Massachusetts to better understand the heating fuels market and potential changes or trends the state should be aware of.
