Mr. Billman collected topographic survey data using two Trimble R8 GNSS receivers. Mr. Billman updated and incorporated 2013 Heart Butte Dam control and topographic field survey records generated by Bureau of Reclamation employee Mr. James Thornburg (retired). 2. Mr. Billman sent the static data to National Geodetic Survey's Online Positioning User System (OPUS). OPUS returned a report dated May 29, 2018. The results in the OPUS solution report passed the quality requirements of National Geodetic Survey for a high-quality OPUS solution. 4. The three surveyors used a combination of four Trimble R8 and R10 GNSS receivers to collect real-time-kinematic (RTK) survey data. They began a GPS/RTK survey on April 15, 2021 and completed it on June 1, 2021. Mr. Billman post-processed RTK observations with Trimble Business Center software version 5.10. 5. This part of the survey began on April 18, 2021 and was completed on April 24, 2021. Mr. Robertson checked primary control points 101 and 104 with the Leica MS60. The raw data from the Leica P40 was post-processed with Leica Cyclone software. 6. The HDS captured the captured the water's edge on April 23, 2021. The lake forebay average elevation (FB) on April 23, 2021 was 2,061.02-feet. FB elevations for Lake Tschida (Station LTR) may be acquired from USBR's Hydromet Data System.
