24Q2002 Quantico Safety Aides & Safety Attendants
Industry Questions and Government Answers (Q&A):
Industry Question 1: PWS 4.1.5 states that the contractor shall provide each Safety Aide and Safety Attendant with a complete (first aid) kit. This was in the Government Furnished Facilities section, so I wanted clarification. Is the contractor or the government going to pay for the kits?
Answer: The first aid kit is normally provided on each bus. If there is no first aid kit available, the awarded Contractor shall provide the first aid kits.
Industry Question 2: Is this a brand-new contract or there is (was) an incumbent performing these services. If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number?
Answer: This is a brand-new requirement.
Industry Question 3: How many buses will be used for this contract?
Answer: Please refer to Amendment 3 for HE1254-24-Q-2002, which was issued 29 May 2024, and the attached Revised X1 Quantico Route Sheet.
