About this file

This document is a Notice of Intent for a sole source Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to be awarded by the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) for professional learning and training resources related to threat-to-others screenings. DoDEA requires (1) interactive digital modules, (2) synchronous webinars, (3) one-on-one case support, and (4) technical support, all based on the Comprehensive Student Threat Assessment Guidelines (CSTAG). The total estimated contract value is $203,104 over a 1-year base period and four 1-year options. DoDEA previously awarded a contract for this requirement to an 8(a) vendor, but that vendor has now graduated from the 8(a) program. DoDEA is proposing a sole source award due to the incumbent's intellectual property rights. Responses to the Notice of Intent must demonstrate that other vendors can meet the government's need. The Performance Work Statement provides additional details on the specific product and service requirements.
