02 Pricing RFP Is it acceptable if the amount of monthly lease changes each year?

It is your choice to either submit pricing that incrreases each year, or to submit pricing that is the same each year. Any of those pricing methods are acceptable as long as they are fair and reasonable.

03 Vehicle Types RFP Confirm is fhis is a typo:

At 2.1.4 vehicle types on page 45 in SF1449, "Tour bus:bus with seating capacity for not less than 59 passengers"

This is a typo. It should read “minimum of 49 passengers.” The

Performance Work Statement (PWS) has been revised.

04 General RFP What does "standard size (USD16,500,000)" stand for? (10. On Page 1 in SF1449)

Is this your anticipating max. budget of this solicitation?

This does not relate to the budget of this solicitaiton. The size standard defines the largest size a business can be to participate in government contracting programs and compete for contracts reserved or set aside for small businesses.

RFP Selected Comments Modified:

2.4.5 The size of the indoor rear-view mirror. A mirror with a width of about 20.5 cm and a height of about 5.5 cm is standard. This is due to Japanese regulations.

The specific rear view mirror dimesion has been deleted from the PWS.

Please follow PWS 2.4.5. “As a minimum, each school bus shall be equipped to comply with GOJ standards…”
