Offerors must provide a single price per CLIN entry on the pricing sheet (Attach 2) according the Instructions to Offeror's (REF: 52.212- 1); offeror's priced proposals is per the entire bus(es) proposed against each CLIN.

We are not using Short Notice Runs (SNR).
06 PWS Attachment 1 Question: Could you please give me clarification about the point 4 "Government-Furnished Resources" of page 18 (Performance Work Statement): could you give me an example of possible resources and tell me what kind of liability is required for the coach company?

HE125419R2003 TRANSPORTATION SERVICES SOLICITATION QUESTIONS & ANSWERS (Q&A)
09 PWS RFP Questions:
1. Could you please give me clarification about the point 2.1.5.1.5., what do you mean when you write that "the coach has to release students only to the school staff at the loading zone?
2. Maybe do you intend for the younger students (KN 2nd Grade)?
1. The release of students at the school loading zone is dictated by the School Transportation personnel when they blow the whistle to have the students get off the bus. In coordination with the school administration, the STO personnel may request that the younger students (kindergarten) be escorted to the designated school personnel to their respective classes.
2. This applies to kindergarten only.
10 PWS RFP Questions: Regarding the point 2.2 "Special Needs Transportation" I would like to know "how many students a safety aide is responsible for"?
The safety aide is responsible for the number of students designated on that vehicle.
11 Past Performance RFP Questions: About the Past Performance, can we obtained past performance from Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS)? And again with regard to this point, can we request our past performances from the COR?
Registered Contractor Representatives have access to their firm's past perfromance information on the CPARS/PPIRS website; REF:

12 RFP RFP Questions:
1. How did you calculate the quantity of each CLIN in the attachment 2: Pricing Sheet?
2. How many school days have you estimated?

13 Attachment 3 RFP Question: Can you also give some clarification about the attachment 3: Naples Bus Routes?
For the Gaeta service you requested a bus from 01-53 and a bus from 01-16 for the late activity so I would like to know if the presence of the toilet is no more required for the Gaeta service because small coaches don't have toilet.
The miminum performance requirements are stipulated in the PWS.
However, it would be more desirable for the Daily Commute Gaeta bus to have have access to a toilet.
14 Attachment 3 RFP Question: How many coaches will be engaged in Naples? 20 coaches right?
Yes, 20 Daily Commute Bus Routes currently.
15 Attachment 3 RFP Question: How many coaches will be engaged for Gaeta? 1 or 2 coaches?
One (1) Daily Commute Bus and one (1) Late Activity Bus.
16 52.212-1 Addendum
RFP Question: In page 52, it is stated that DODEA may award one or two contracts from this solicitation (Daily Commute or Special Needs) so I would like to know if an offeror can submit an offer only for one of these or he has to participate in both?
The solicitation allows vendors to make a business decision on whether or not the company will propose for the Daily Commute or Special Needs, or for both. The instruction is very specific on proposing for multiple requirements.
