In accordance with
17 SF 1449 continuation p.13 of 52 - It's not clear to me if I need to fill out this table with amounts, etc. I think not, but making sure.
No, this table shows the minimum and maximum quanities that would be ordered as referenced in

19 Attachment 6 says "Select if provided:" Enclosure 1 through 5 - and D&B Risk Assessment, etc. Are these items optional?
Please complete all enclosures for attachment 6 and check off on attachment 6 when you provide these enclosures completed.
20 Enclosure 2: 2nd last page (v)(1) "Offeror shall review the list of excluded parties in" SAM "for entities excluded from receiving federal awards for 'covered telecommunications equipment or services'". I couldn't find anything in SAM. I might need help with this.
If an offeror represents that it does not provide covered telecommunications equipment or services to the Government in response to FAR 52.204-26, or in the new paragraph (v) added to FAR
52.212-3, then it is not required to complete the representations in FAR 52.204-24. If the offeror represents that it does provide covered telecommunications equipment or services, or has not made any representation in FAR 52.204-26 or FAR 52.212-3(v), it must still complete the representations required by FAR 52.204-24. The purpose of this is to only require those offerors that do provide covered telecommunications equipment or services to the Government to complete FAR 52.204-
24.

21 I notice Safety Aides is a new item in the bid. Given that we have never had Safety Aides on Hanscom buses in the past, is it likely that they will be needed in the future? Is there a reason they have been added to the bid? Is it something to do with Covid-19 or just a coincidence in timing?
PWS 2.2.2 - "The Contractor shall provide a Safety Aides for runs as ordered by the COR."
