QUESTIONS & CLARIFICATIONS
HDTRA1-21-R-0038
Security Support Services Recompete
1. May a company include the one (1) page Cover Letter within the Capabilities Statement response? This would make the response 11 pages versus ten (10) pages. Is this acceptable?
· The cover letter is outside of the ten (10) page limit, so, yes, eleven (11) including the letter is acceptable.
2. Additionally, is it acceptable to include a brief executive summary within the one page Cover Letter so long as we remain within the one (1) page limit?
· An executive summary in the cover letter is fine as long as the other requested information is included and it is does not exceed the one (1) page limit.
