Formula for calculating the not-to exceed 12-month total capacity is: 24 cubic yards multiplied by four (4) pickups per week equals total 96 cubic yards multiplied by 52 weeks plus (4) extra pick-ups within a 12 month period; which equal 4 cubic yards multiplied by 4 extra pick-ups within the year, equals 16 cubic yards total annually which equals the amount not-to-exceed which is 5008 cubic yards.
