Questions and Answers Blue Travel Cases with Custom Foam Inserts
1) Several cases (Video Acc Box, Flag Base Travel Case) specifically call out SKB cases, while the majority of cases (Anchor Liberty, Anchor Explorer, etc.) do not. When a specific case is not provided, would you like us to make a recommendation based on the contents? Or do you have desired cases in mind for all products that you could share?
a. There are no specific cases or manufacturer required. Any items which included a specific case were listed were only as an example, another equivalent manufacturer or case is okay.
2) Are 3-D models or detailed drawings of each item available (speakers, power adapters, UPS, base plate, etc.)?
a. No, the specific dimension for each item is listed in Attachment 1 Case Specifications, to size cases accordingly. We are willing to ship one of each item to the awardee to ensure exact fit if requested.
3) I didn't see a desired delivery date included in the RFQ, is there a deadline you had in mind? If not, we'll share what we feel is appropriate given the scale of the order. There is no deadline, so an appropriate timeline is acceptable.
a. First item required for testing is due within 45 calendar days, this is noted in clause 52.209-4
(RFQ has been amended to reflect this). Remaining items will be required within 90 days of first article approval.
