Is DeCA seeking a communication plan to encourage sign-ups or provide follow-up messaging following membership ID validation?

A communication plan to encourage sign-ups or provide follow-up messaging following membership ID validation is beyond scope of the digital loyalty registration capability requirement.

1.If so, what is their name?

3.What is their contract number?

DeCA does not currently have a loyalty reward program.

FAR 12.301 “Solicitation provisions and contract clauses for the acquisition of commercial products and commercial services” notes that “The contracting officer may tailor this clause in accordance with 12.302.” “Contracting officers may,…” tailor the provision”… “the clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Products and Commercial Services, to adapt to the market conditions for each acquisition

27 Please confirm the Contractor should be able to provide permissible “tailoring language” in its proposal for FAR 52.212-4.”

Yes, the Contracting Officer will allow the Contractor to submit tailored language for review. However, there is no guarantee the revised language will be accepted.
